HAACP CONCEPTS DISCUSSED: PROPER COOKING TEMPERATURES OF POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS. ASSURE ALL FOOD HANDLER EMPLOYEES HAVE PROPER FOOD HANDLER TRAINING. (SECTION 750.570)CORRECTED BY NEXT ROUTINE INSPECTION. A FOLLOW UP INSPECTION SHALL OCCUR IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS TO CHECK ON AND MONITOR PROGRESS OF EFFECTIVE MEASURES TO MINIMIZE THE PRESENCE OF INSECTS ON THE PREMISES. AN ON GOING EFFECTIVE PLAN SHALL ALSO BE IMPLEMENTED TO MINIMIZE THE PRESENCE OF INSECTS. THIS SHALL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO; REPAIRING FLOORS, WALLS, CEILINGS AND ATTACHED EQUIPMENT THAT HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS POSSIBLE AREAS FOR THE HARBORAGE OF INSECTS. INSECTS NEED FOOD, WATER AND HARBORAGE TO SURVIVE. THE PREMISES SHALL BE KEPT IN SUCH CONDITION AS TO PREVENT THE HARBORAGE OR FEEDING OF INSECTS OR RODENTS. BY MINIMIZING THESE AREAS ALONG WITH A PROPER CLEANING SCHEDULE AND EFFECTIVE PEST CONTROL MEASURES BY A PROFESSIONAL SHOULD IN TURN MINIMIZE THE PRESENCE OF INSECTS. FOR THIS REASON, A FOLLOW UP INSPECTION WILL ALSO OCCUR IN APPROXIMATELY 90 DAYS TO MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF THE LONG TERM EFFECTIVE INSECT CONTROL PLAN.
